what issue do you have?

  • On indoor station DS-KH8350-WTE1, I’m using firmware 2.1.10.
    Some menu items are displayed in German instead of Italian :wink:
    Some other items where not translated correctly.
    I can share screenshots in case you are able to report.
  • On outdoor station DS-KD8003-IME1, I was using firmware 2.2.3, but I was not able to configure buttons, ‘Press Button to Call’ panel was simply empty instead of showing the list of buttons. I have screenshots for this as well.
    So I had to downgrade to firmware 2.0.8, missing the new feature of latest firmware (ONVIF support for example)

i cant create those for you, i have other hardware, i need to give SN too, so those SN’s are bound to the suppliers, i also dont have the 8350 series

i have those “press button to call” , for me it works fine, i use them to call other PBX systems
make always sure IVMS is also up to date

Are you using firmware 2.2.3? If so, where did you get it from?

i think there is also a firmware for your nametag, seems your is older

yeah, i am running 2.2.3 201202 , but seems there are newer ones available

Not sure why there is a UK portal and a European portal…
I had downloaded 2.2.3 from the product page itself.

Do you plan to test the newest version 2.2.13?

I have a problem with my video intercom. During the reboot the door contact number 2 closes causing the door to open. Is this normal behavior?
Currently it installed the version v2.1.5 build 200629

i dont have that issue, i connected NO1/COM

in fact, only port number 2 has this problem. Someone who owns the KV8113 or KV8213 can you connect a lock to contact number 2 and reboot the system?

i can confirm that this is working on DS-KV6113-WPE1

Never had this issue with my KV8113, both door contacts 1 and 2 are connected to NO/COM

anyone already using ISAPI for polling a doorpress event? what do you guys use for scan interval?
