Some Smart Meters require decryption (Luxembourg, I’ve heard Austria as well, maybe Sweden too?).
Unfortunately, DSMR integration does not offer to provide the decryption key to read the metrics.
Even though the version 5L is available, it’s somehow useless since the stream to read is encrypted.
It has been requested here: DSMR Slimme Meter integration v5L for Luxembourgish meters seems to not work · Issue #66802 · home-assistant/core · GitHub
And also expressed by Marcel Zuidwijk for the P1 readers (ethernet) - see P1 reader ethernet – Marcel Zuidwijk
Thank you and best regards.

Hi, I second this request as it’s pretty frustrating to buy the hardware after checking the DSMR integration page that make you thing that this has been tested on Luxembourgish meters to finally discover that it is not compatible.
