Update dsmr integration to use dsmr_parser 0.34 and with that add parameters:

:param str encryption_key: encryption key
:param str authentication_key: authentication key

This then enables new specification SAGEMCOM_T210_D_R

Hi, I’m very new to Home Assistant. How can I install this integration? I’ve installed the Slim-meter integration, but I don’t know how to config this with the keys I’ve got from my provider.
