Dual Nano switch became unavailable and feedback issue

Hi all,

I have a couple of questions:

1. After successfully adding the dual nano switch (ZW140) using z-wave JS to MQTT open web UI, it works nearly 2 min. then became unavailable and be available again for 2 min. only after using the dual nano switch button.

2. Have an issue with z-wave feedback:
   I can turn on/off the switch from:
   a- Wallmote quad (ZW130)
   b- push button connected to dual nano switch (S1)
   c- Home assistant UI (From dashboard)
   when using anyone of these, i don’t have a feedback on the HA UI if the switch is turned on and also if i turned on the switch from HA UI then i have to double press on the wallmote quad to turn it off.
   so I think the devices group association is the reason, so can anyone help me with the right configuration of these group associations of the two devices.
