DUCK DNS port forwarding

I’m trying to set up remote access with duckDNS but cant get port forwarding to work. I have a BT home hub 6 and screenshot shows the port forwarding menu for this.

Does anyone know what I need to put to get this set up?

What port do you use to access at the moment internally?

Just fill in:

  • A rule name, for example: ha8123
  • Your ha device IP
  • External ports: start 8123 - end 8123
  • Internal ports: start 8123 - end 8123
  • Protocol: tcp

This should be enough.

Thank you so much! I have been pulling my hair out over duckdns. Quite a few embarrassingly simple mistakes were made, this being one of them.
