Duck DNS w/Let's Encrypt not responding

I’m running 0.59.02 on hassio and can’t get the duck dns service to run, and nothing in the logs. I haven’t changed my config and this did previously work. How can I debug what’s happening if there are no logs? Any suggestions on what to do next? I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the service without luck.

All you need is the Duck DNS add-on. It handles your lets encrypt in the options. I have this currently setup and not having any problems. What device do you have hassio installed on?

I’m running HA on a RP3 and using the Duck/lets encrypt add-on. It used to work just fine. After the latest install I can’t even get the log to appear and I’m not sure what to do next. Any ideas?

How do you update the config? Can you ssh in? If you can ssh in, you can check the log that way. You can change your directory to /config/. Inside there you will be able to find home-assistant.log.

There’s nothing in the HA log regarding Duck DNS/Let’s Encrypt. The log that I’m referring to is the log file related to Duck DNS that’s accessible via the add-on screen. When I press Refresh there’s no entry. I’m also not sure where this log file lives in hassio. Any ideas?

Have you checked the main log for home assistant? You can go to https://yourdomain.duckdns.org/dev-info. You can see the log there.

I am not sure what else I can help with. Please give me the current version of home assistant you are running on.
