DuckDNS and LetsEncrypt question

I heard you do not need to install LetsEncrypt if you have DuckDNS installed and working in Home Assistant. I can’t find anything anywhere about this. Is LetsEncrypt built in on the latest version of DuckDNS ? Can someone please confirm ? Thanks…

To me it is not clear whether you want Let’s encrypt or not…
DuckDNS comes with Let’sencrypt. I am not sure if it works without activating Let’sencrypt, but not sure why you would even want that.
