Dumb question - What to do with the Synology DSM integration?

Call me dumb, but I’m not sure what I could/should do with a Synology DSM integration. I love my Synology. And it seems cool that I can integrate it into HA. But what purpose does it serve? Curious - If you have it installed, what do you use it for?

It sets up lots of sensors, from disk temperature to disk space used. You can then use this (as an example) to set up a notification on disk errors or other issues. If you’re like me, the Synology just sits there and works, I rarely log on to check for issues, with this integration I don’t need to

Why not try it, you can always delete it if it’s not for you!
