Following the docs I am trying to configure the Device Tracker but I can’t find a way to edit the configuration.yaml via the UI. Am I missing anything. I have next to last versions installed.
Hints are welcome!
Install the file editor add-on that you see in your screenshot,then you can edit the files in the browser. The samba add-on next to it creates a samba share which you can access from a remote pc to edit the files there with an editor such as vscode.
I thought I have it installed. See in the capture. Looking. Samba is not a bad idea at all!
Did you restart? Did you refresh your browser cache? If it is correctly installed, there should be a new tab on the left.
Found it. I had to look up the file… I was expecting a link to the left rail…
