Just checked my configuration file and found duplicate config files. The only thing I have changed recently is to install HACS. the files are exactly the same. I don’t know how this can happen but I guess I have to remove one of them but which one? Or does it matter?

That’s not a directory listing that’s the file editor GUI. Try the linux command ls -a while in the config directory.
