I’ve just seen this feature request. I’m initially skeptical as the idea that a prior can be ‘dynamic’ slightly violates the principle of Bayesian stats. Why not just use another template observation to update your prior?
As for using history stats to determine the value of priors and other variables, it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while but I think it will be quite difficult to achieve within the HA architecture. I’m willing to try when I have the time and I’m very happy for contributions!
