I’m relatively new to Home Assistant and Zigbee. Loving it so far.
Unfortunately i’m having some trouble trying to get my Earda Smart Dimmer (rebranded on AliExpress under no name) to work with my setup. It’s listed as being supported with DeConz on: Earda Rotary Dimmer Switch EU (EDM-1ZBA-EU) Zigbee compatibility.
My Setup:
- Raspberry Pi
- ConBee II
- Deconz
What works:
- Connection through Tuya Smart Life
- On / Off
- Brightness only through Tuya app
What doesn’t work:
- Brightness in HA (no option for it)
- Connection with Zigbee/Deconz
Other sensors are working just fine using Zigbee. Sensors like Smart Plugs, Motion, vibration and Temperature. Trying to connect this dimmer through Phoscon doesn’t show the dimmer as device.
Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot this problem? I’m not seeing any events for the dimmer in Developer Tools → Events.
