Ebyte Zigbee datatransceiver... Any experience?

Anyone have some experience about THIS DEVICE ???

E180-DTU(ZG120-ETH)
[Interface]:Ethernet
[Transmission]:Ethernet

E180-DTU (ZG120-ETH) is a high-power ZIGBEE gateway, working as ZIGBEE node devices with adaptive network speeds (up to 100M, full duplex). It provides four working modes, i.e. TCP Server, TPC Client, UDP Server, and UDP Client. Two SOCKETs can work at the same time. There are four kinds of logical devices in a ZigBee network, coordinator, router, terminal device, and dormant terminal.

ill admit i was wondering the same thing…

i currently use sonoff wireless ZigBee flashed with tasmota and was wondering too if this is a good fit to replace my sonoff with this wired one…

if anyone has good experience with other tethered ZibBee bridges - please leave links
i do not use a raspberrypi for my HA, and a usb dongle is not a good option for me.
cheers

These have Ethernet based coordinators :

hey man, thank you for the fast response!

is there anything specific you can recommend that works well with HA ZHA integration?
and another Q:
what’s the difference between the “router” and “coordinator” when it comes to ZigBee hubs? isn’t the “router” just and “extender” like any other “always powered on” ZigBee device?

A router is nothing more than a ‘repeater’. To control your zigbee network you need a coordinator. I have the tubezb one, but both are good.

gotcha! thanks for the input
