Ecobee issues since .29.x

I thought this was just me until I ran into two other users with the same issue over at r/homeassistant.

Heat setting is showing as null, which wasn’t happening before the 0-.29.x release. The rounding issue has been happening since 0.25 but there’s an open issue for that already.

I just wanted to see if anyone else here was experiencing it before I opened an issue.

Another issue is when in Celsius mode, the value incorrectly displays Fahrenheit (e.g 76 C). It’s definitely not that hot in my home! lol. And when I change the target temperature, it goes out of bounds.
