I just recently spun up a new HA machine and added my ecobee and the temperature data from the sensors is missing. The occupancy is there so I know it sees the sensors. And way to get it to rescan things? I have my old instance up and running on a real real old version of HA and they show there still. I want to say when I first installed it they were there but I may be thinking of the UI from the other install.
