Ecobee Smart Security Integration

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to integrate the new security features of Ecobee thermostats in HA? Specifically, I’d like to be able to use the “Alarm Control Panel” to control my Ecobee Security System. I would also be great if the doorbell, cameras and door/window sensors could be integrated some how.

Right now, I have Simplisafe, but I purchased Ecobee in the hope that it would all integrate. However, I am finding very little information online. I’m pretty sure I am not the first person to deal with this, so would appreciate any help or advice. I’m wondering if using Homekit integration might be a workaround.

+1 I’m interested as well and keen to bring some attention to this post.

I currently use Alarmo integration using my Hue sensors.

I’m moving into a new place which will need a smart thermostat, so I’d like to standardize on their overall platform if it makes sense.

I’d also love to see this. I’m a huge fan of the way the thermostat doubles as a PIN pad, and the way the doorbell feed shows up there as well. Seems like a nice system overall!
