I recently made 2 changes to my ecobee/Home Assistant setup:

Upon learning that the ecobee Premium thermostat now supports 2 accessories (for at least 4 months now!), I promptly added my HRV to ecobee. I now have a humidifier attached to my ACC+/ACC- lines, and HRV (via relay) attached to PEK+. Ecobee recognizes both (had to configure equipment by saying “I’m a Pro”, and all works via the physical ecobee and the app.

I used to have ecobee added in my Apple Home only, but with the above change, I removed it from Apple Home and added it to HA via “HomeKit Device”. I do not have an API key, so could not go that route. I can see and control temperature and humidity via HA.
The problem is, I am not getting any entities for ventilation (as documented here: ecobee - Home Assistant).
Could this be as a result of having 2 accessories (which is a rather new feature), or because I am doing the setup through HomeKit Device, or is this user error?
