EcoFlow-Cloud : Delta Max integration

Hi, I am quite new to Home Assistant and making first steps.
I installed the EcoFlow-cloud add version 1.4.1 (GitHub - tolwi/hassio-ecoflow-cloud: EcoFlow Cloud Integration for Home Assistant · GitHub) with HACS.
It is ok, i can see my Delta Max, smart plugs and Powerstream.
My problem is some button are not working or informations are nor avaible for exemple :

I have red all posts i could find on the Blog but can't find a clue.
Can someone help me ?

Hi, I have seen in the the Home Assistant logs that there is an "error retrieving MyBatterySerialNumber".
When I go on the detail of my Delta Max, every information is blank or to 0

I don't know what I am missing or doing wrong.
