EcoNet integration (Rheem water heater not updating)

I am using the EcoNet integration (sadly cloud based) for my Rheem heat pump water heater but the data just never updates.

All entities show last updates 12 hours ago or so. If I reload the integration, the data updates. Without it, the data is just stale. This makes the integration pretty useless.

Anyone having similar experience?
How to fix this?

When i got thus heater i never expected to connect it with cloud service

Hoping someone gets local working

Yes I’m on that Discord channel already and hope so too :slight_smile:

But in the interim I’d still like to use the cloud version
