Did the latest update in HA Supervised mode on a Raspberry Pi and got the following error. Not sure what to do now. Any help is appreciated as I use ecowitt for all my temperatures
Hi,
I have exactly the same problem. No idea to solve this issue.
Need help, thx.
I see that you are still using the custom integration which is probably not under active development anymore for several months since the Ecowitt integration has become part of HA.
I’d recommend migrating to the built-in integration.
Hello, am still very new and need to use the translator. I can no longer get Ecowitt deleted! It stopped working after the HA update. Can someone please explain this to me? Where can I possibly delete this integration. Also had the HACS integration.
I ended up deleting both the HACS Ecowitt integration, and HACS itself. After I did a restart, I installed the Ecowitt integration in the devices page and added it like any other normal integration.
Had to reconfigured my devices names, but it is up and running now

I had to delete the ecowitt integration in HACS first, then delete HACS. It took a few restarts to get it to work but it finally did delete both…
On that third screenshot that you sent, click the three dots in the bottom right corner and hit “Delete”. That removes the configuration entry.
After that you will need to remove the custom integration from HACS, followed by a restart of HA.
After the restart you can then configure your Ecowitt weather station using the built-in integration.
Vielen Dank. Das Problem war, dass das eben nicht ging! Erst nach vielen Wiederholungen und Neustarts, war dann die alte HACS Integration verschwunden. Man musste sehr viel Geduld haben, ohne zu wissen was eigentlich passiert.
To help I’ll need it in English…
He’s just thanking us and says it eventually started working after several restarts.
