Ecowitt - sending data to an external recipient

Hello.

I have an Ecowitt HP2551 weather station integrated into HA using the Ecowitt integration. Unfortunately, the weather station can only send data using the ecowitt protocol to one recipient, and that is HA at the moment. I would like to make HA (Ecowitt integration) send data to another recipient. Can you advise me?
