Is it hidden file in .storage editable or not?
I see i have many entries in this file not anymore usable in HA and i’d like to delete them…

yes it’s safe as long as you delete it properly. The syntax needs to be valid after deletion.
Ok, and the deleted entries will be written again after restart?
Only if they exist in your configuration. If they don’t, they wont.
