Editing /boot/config.txt on remote Raspberry PI

I need access to config.txt on a remote raspberry PI running Homeassistant. I have access to it with VPN but it is far away so I cant reach it physically.

Are there any way to get access to config.txt remotely without mounting the partion on another computer?

You need access to the host to do that

Then I guess you can edit /boot/config.txt (not using HAOS myself)
