trying to use Home Assistant for the firs time. i am trying to install the Water furnace Integration but no success. instructions say add this (
waterfurnace:
username: YOUR_USERNAME
password: YOUR_PASSWORD) to the config yaml and i did but no success what am i missing?
Spacing is important in yaml. Did you space it correctly?
i copied and pasted sorry for sounding stupid but i am totally new to this
Hi, welcome to the forum!
Have you edited your configuration.yaml file and added those lines while respecting spacing/indents?
Make sure your credentials (user & password) are correct.
You have to restart your HA to make the changes work. (be sure to check your configuration first against errors)
