Dumb question. I can’t log in with username and password. I know it’s suppose to be the one I use for the app. But it doesn’t work. I can log in on the app, so I have the right username and password.
What do I do wrong?

Installed this but keeps saying my user name is wrong. I have na AEG AX9 but i control of thru the my AEG sinds they use that one over here and I suspect thans the issue. Is there a solution to get this to work. Cant install the well beeing app in our region
