Electromagnetic Lock, Pin Pad Access, Control/Power Supply and Interface with HA

I have been on a quest for a way to lock outside gates (fence gates/outdoor doors). Amazon has a ton of solutions that use a power supply/controller that interfaces with the Electo mag lock and waterproof keypad (with or without RFID). That said, I would like to interface with the controller via HA. The controllers all seem to be variations on the same theme:
