I need a courtesy if anyone has any guidance on this.
A year ago I bought two chandeliers with remote control, a month ago, they stopped working.
I asked for support, and was told I should replace the transformers.
I tried to find them online, but at the moment I couldn’t find the same model, but on the other hand I came across a conversation of yours, in which you talked about this component.
In this regard, I would be very grateful to you, in case anyone knows, to tell me where I can buy it, obviously if it is still on the market.
Or possibly if I could replace them with a similar component.
