Emby on HA 2024.5.5

Hi All

I’m having an issue with the Emby intergration in that I put in my configeration in file editor but nothing is coming up even after a restart!

This is the configeration I’m using

media_player:

  • platform: emby
    host: 192.168.1.249
    api_key: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    port: 8096
    ssl: false

and the HA Version details are as follows:

  • Core2024.5.5
  • Supervisor2024.05.1
  • Operating System12.3
  • Frontend20240501.1

I know the Emby Intergration doesn’t do that much but it’s nice to see what’s playing

Can anyone advise?

Do you have anything in the Home Assistant Log about the integration?

Does it show any entity (even if it says “not provided”)?
