Emergency notification for mobile app?

As I continue to expand my use of HA one thing I was looking for and haven’t been able to figure out is an “emergency” notification to the app that would set off an alert even if the phone is in silent. Various other apps like Tile and my Galaxy Watch can set off an alert on the phone even if the volume is down or the ringer is on silent.

I would like to setup a “panic” button(s) in the house that would do a number of different things through automation. Currently I can turn on all the lights in the house, start the outside lights flashing blue and red and I can send a notification (I primarily use the Telegram notification).

I would like the Android HA Mobile app to be able to turn the phone volume up and set off a custom notification sound even if on silent, but only when the panic button is pressed.

Is this a capability that exists and I’m not finding, or has anyone found a way to accomplish it? If not, is there a way to request the feature?
Thanks

Wow, I guess choosing the right words when searching around would have helped me  Thank you

honestly speaking, it helps to read the docs instead of searching for a specific term. Developers may use different terms and wording than others and you really cant capture each and every way you can talk about something. This is a common failure point for users that we have seen where they search the site instead of spending 5-10 min to familiarize themselves with the docs.
