Emulated Hue Bridge + Harmony remote, should it work?

I have a Harmony Hub and a Elite remote that I want to use to control home-assistant. But the harmony hub can’t find the “HUE Bridge”.

It might be a network related error, I have the harmony on another subnet, but before I do more network troubleshooting I wonder if this should work? Or if emulated hue only works with alexa and google home?
