Emulated Hue, Real Hue, and Harmony Elite (or companion) remotes

So I have HA set up and working great. I also have an Amazon Echo, I’m using the HA cloud for voice control and it works great. I also have 8 or 9 Hue devices, and a Hue Hub. I chose to use the Amazon Hue integration for my Hue devices since i already had it set up and it works well when it comes to colors, color loop, etc. So for HA I expose everything other than the HUE items to Amazon. This works great for me, I’ve had no issues at all.

I also have a Harmony Elite remote control with a hub. It allows integration with supported Smart Home devices. It integrates with Hue just fine. I do have the emulated ROKU set up as well, and it works good for turning things off and on by mapping a ROKU button to a HA automation.

So here is my question/dilema. I have a theater room where I have two lights that I like to be able to turn on/off and DIM using the remote. I dont want to have to say “Alexa” dim the ceiling light, while watching a movie, if I dont have to. The lights I want to Dim, are zwave/not hue, so I cannot add them to my remote as dimmers. I can use the ROKU emulation to turn on/off only, which makes sense.

So Anyone else have a similiar sitation? Any thoughts on maybe using a script/automation to dim using the emulated ROKU? If I could use two hue hubs,I’d just add the two lights in my theater room to the emulated Hue, and leave it at that.
