I’d like to enable i2c on my docker installation of HA, so I can use i2c devices with ESPHome.
The solutions I’ve found so far don’t appear to apply to a docker installation. I’m very unfamiliar with docker, so I’m asking for a bit of hand holding, please!
I think you get something wrong. ESPHome is for esp8266 or esp32 microcontrollers. With it, you can create you own sensors, that report their values over wifi back to HA. If youre running HA via docker on a raspberry pi, thats another story.
