Yep, and it is pretty easy to almost 100% replicate a HA Yellow with an off-the-shelf Waveshare kit. It is really only missing the onboard Zigbee module.

Note: I have not tried using this PoE CM5 Carrier Board to run HAOS on. I am still happily using my HA Yellow with a CM5. However, it is nice to know that such an inexpensive off-the-shelf solutions exists for those who prefer a RPi based solution with NVME and PoE completely integrated.
It is always nice to have options!
