Energy dashboard - Clean up incorrect value

I am using my current energy setup for ~1 year:

• Smart meter for Gas and electricity. Reporting on P1 port, directly connected to the rPI running HASS via a USB.
• Solar panel inverter reports to HASS via WiFi
• On Dec 8. I got 1 incorrect reading on all, which skews all me data:
  
  
  
  (Note, both Solar, Gas and Electricity consumption and production is in huge negative.)
  I suspect this is a result of a null reading, because these look like my realistic meter redings *-1.

How can I delete this and recover the realistic values?

Developer Tools → Statistics. Click on the ramp icon next to the entity and navigate to the time the erroneous data occurred. You can then edit it.
