A way to add a friendly name to individual sensors,
EG cooker instead of Shelly EM 1 Energy 0,
Maybe add to the entity as well ?
I may be misunderstanding what you’re after, but you can give friendly names to entities and sensors. And when you add them to the Energy Dashboard, they show up with these names.
You just can’t rename them in the Energy Dashboard itself. That’s something that could be improved for the future.

If they are added via discovery, the names are fixed. what I would like is the ability for a friendly alias
