My HA runs as a VM on Proxmox.
Since November 2025, I have had the problem that my energy history keeps disappearing.
I then restore the VM from a backup.
But it keeps happening.
I see that new energy data starts again around 4 a.m.
As far as I have researched, is the energy data moved to the archive at this time?
In the config folder, the home-assistant_v2.db is then corrupt and a new one has been created.
I have also installed a completely new HA VM and then restored it from an HA backup. At first, the data was there, but then it disappeared again overnight.
I noticed that it must actually be related to an HA backup.
If I imported an HA backup the day before, the data is then corrupted.
