Maybe there should be a possibility to manually fill in the meter readings of electricity /gas/water and adapt it into the energy management part. So we still can see an overview of our consumption wothout having any hardware for the meter. So we can like put in data our selves daily /weekly or whenever we want. Would this be a possibility?
You can already do these with template sensors and input numbers.
I made it allready with templates and sensors, so i have an extra tab with it, but i wanna get it in the energy mangement to get an overview like u can with hardware . I dont think thats possible or is it? @laxarus
You need to configure the template sensor with the correct attributes, then it will be available as an entity in the energy dashboard.
