Energy monitor and false consumption spikes

I´m monitoring total energy consumption of my house with SmartThings and Aeotec HEM Gen5 which I´m using also in HA energy via ST integration, but for some reason in HA energy I have weird consumption spikes that are messing up my energy cost (dynamic electricity price) and are otherwise annoying. Mostly spikes are around 50-100kWh but sometimes they are really ridiculous like over million kWh. Both ST and HA integration are showing energy and power readings correctly and there´s no spikes in there but it´s just the energy monitor that´s acting weird. This doesn´t happen daily or sometimes not even weekly and here´s my readings of today for example (notice the spike but the energy meter still shows correct reading):

What might be the problem?

Hi @Sonikky, how does the graph of “Energy Meter” looks like?

Hi there,
Actually graph of the energy meter seems to also show this spike, but somehow that does not affect the total amount of the sensor itself, as you can see from the line. Overall reading of the day is 99% accurate compared to consumption reading of my electricity company.

Long term statistics which are used in the Energy dashboard works over changes to previous value so this basically means that it consumed (w/ that spike) X kWh of electricity regardless of the end value.

Is this sensor directly provided by an integration or it’s a template sensor?

Both W and kWh values are imported straight from SmartThings integration as is, so I´m not using any templates or other helpers.

So the fluke comes from the integration or device itself.
