I had removed them but that did not changed anything, my problem was not due to Cards or Integrations and not even HA itself but the browser. You named energy-period-selector-plus, i also have installed this one together with the other 2 Energy plus cards.
I’m seeing the same issue but only on my desktop browser. It animates when I view it from my iPhone.
Same issue here. On macos Safari and in the iOS HA app. Safari on iOS, also same issue. I’m also having 2 artefacts on a weird place instead of the moving dots.
after a thorough troubleshooting session I finally found out what my issue was. It was a general MacOS/iOS system setting.

I’m seeing this in my Chrome (windows desktop) browser. Works fine on my Mac based devices.
