It’s not clear to me what each sensor is supposed to be monitoring. Here’s my current theory. It would be good if this information was on the Energy dashboard documentation pages somewhere.
Grid Import - Any grid import regardless of where the energy is going (i.e. house use/battery charging/EV charging?)
Grid Export - Any grid export regardless if it’s from a battery (force discharge) or solar production?
Solar production - Should this include energy used directly by the house? Should this include energy transferred to charge the battery, does this change if the battery is a hybrid one?
Home battery storage - Charge and discharge, all power in and out, regardless of source or consumer?
