Energy showing negative after midnght

Hi,

My energy report shows a negative value at the first hour after rollover to a new day.
It seems to carry over the full usage from the previous day into the first hour the next day.

This started happening a couple of days ago. The actual sensor is show positive the whole time so seems to be an issue with the calculation in the later version. It might come from an upgrade.

I´m running 2021.12.2 now. Is there a log of the versions upgrade that I could correlate the issue with the build change?

I am having this same issue. I am using the Sense integration, if that matters.

I found this related issue that says you should be using a total energy sensor which I don’t believe my meter has.

New template Sensors for Energy start new day with negative value
