I got Aeotec HEM5 connected to my Aeotec v3 hub which is integrated to HA via SmartThings integration. Been using this setup for years and it has been working without problems, but few days ago HA stopped updating my energymeter readings unless I reload the ST integration, which updates power and energy readings. Powermeter in ST side is working as it should as everything else connected to HA via ST integration. What could be the possible cause?
SmartThings is changing their API to include a payment requirement.
This may be affecting your integration.
Might want to look for a different way to integrate that device.
That´s what I was thinking also, but funny thing is that it doesn´t update anymore at all without reloading the integration. Sharptools for example doesn´t have this issue nor my few other sensors connected to HA with ST integration.
I guess this would be a good time to migrate also all my z-wave stuff straight to HA if no rational explanation can be found.
Yeah, my solution was to migrate all my z-wave stuff directly to HA.
