I just installed the sky connect stick,
it wan’t recognized by homeassistant, so I told HA to reboot.
After that my energy dashboard was gone, also the settings page is gone, I can’t even configure an energy dashboard anymore.
another reboot didn’t help.
Any ideas?
Sounds like you may be logged into HA as a non-admin user, do you have another account that you can try?
No,
my User is the Administrator
Very strange, not sure what else to suggest.
Have you tried typing in the URL for the settings page directly i.e. “http://192.168.x.y:8123/config/dashboard” using whatever your HA IP address is? Also, clearing the browser cache is something else to try.
Failing that you might need to consider restoring from a back-up however maybe wait to see if there are any other suggestions before resorting to that.
the dashboard config just shows all my other dashboards, just energy is missing
The following shows the URL’s from the browser address bar:
Main HA page:
Energy Dashboard:
Settings:
I was just trying to establish whether you could access these by typing in the address bar since it sounds like your panel buttons are missing (corrupted?) but you are logged in as an admin user.
Have you tried typing the last two addresses above with your HA IP address at the front?
404 not found
maybe I will restore a backup tomorrow grumpy me
I restored my backup VM, then I restored the in the meantime created red node settings and the zigbee config.
But all devices from ZHA have been missing. I manually recreated all zigbee devices.
Now it seems working as expected.
