Hi all. I use the Efergy products to measure electric usage in my home. Ive used it for years! No problems. Suddenly, this month, the website is blank when i go there to get my data for the month. Literally … nothing. Anyone else having this issue? Its engage.efergy.com/dashboard. Usually i go and get all of my monitoring stats and reports there. Anyone have connections at the company and have the lowdown?

This has been happening to me as well for several weeks now. I remember reading a long time ago on a forum that Efergy was discontinuing support for this platform and is no longer even selling these devices.
It’s really disappointing, as the system was reliable and incredibly useful for tracking energy consumption.
same issue here. this occasionally happens and if i recall always this time of the year. was wondering if anyone may recommend an alternative but more reliable solution to efergy.
I don’t know how long the servers will be up and running. I bought 4 emerge e-max monitors. I have four inputs to my system. These monitors record the data from the transmitters. and stores it. You can send it to a usb stick. It doesn’t require the efergy server to be working. I want my own back up for when they shut down the server for good and the system will no longer work. The transmitters will continue to transmit data to the e-max.
I had the same problem. go to google and typer energy register. select this option
It will bring up your ID and password. Type in password and press enter it will reject it. There will be a link above to click on. It will take you to login again the enter your same password again and it will connect you to the server. I hope this helps it worked for me.
