Entities Page Has Changed

I’ve been doing cut and paste from the entities dialog page of the entity id into my yaml. That was last week and earlier. Now the id’s are gone. I’m on 2022.4.0. When I checked the HA customization page, it showed this dialog:

Did I change a setting somewhere to cause it to display like this? How can I get the version shown on the customization page?

Click the top right 3c05d91946124e70fbf7c43d9457c0b750402e64_2_369x500 icon next to the title. The dialogue box has changed to have the enable entity toggle under the expandable Advanced section too.

Tried that. It brings up this:

Just in case, I restarted HA. It didn’t change anything.

Update

Never mind. I tried it again and now have the normal dialog data.

Wait. That’s a device not an entity.
