Entities will not be activated in Alexa after deleteing and reactivating them

Hi everybody,

I’m facing the following problem: after setup my new HA and exposing most of my entities to Alexa using the official integration from Nabu Casea everything works fine.Then I deleted the entities in the Alexa app, and set to “not exposed” in HA.
Now a few days later I try do expose them again but they will not be exposed in Alexa. There is no error in protocol, but the entitiy will not be shown in Alexa.
After changing the entitiy-anme to something else, it will be shown, so I think, there is some problem with the entities-name.
Any idea how I can change this? I don’t want to change the name of 250 entities…
Ist there any way to reset the data stored in the alexa app completly, oder anthing ese?

I was having this same issue, and I was able to re-discover the removed entries in the Alexa app by going to Add device > Other > Wifi

I’m not 100% sure, but all you should need to do is say “Alexa, discover devices”
