Entity filter for non-active entities?

I have way too many entities and some of them don’t really provide much, if any value. I would like to find an easy way to display entities that haven’t had a state change in 48 hours or longer. Is there a way to get the filter entity card to do this or would it be easier to just query the database backend?

Ultimately I would like to create a card that displays entities to investigate so if something was working, but quit getting updates for some period, it would show up as something to look into.

You can take a look at the attribute “last updated” or something like this. And the use the auto-entities card to filter for entities where this attribute is > 48 hours.
Also please change the category of this topic, “Share your projects” is when you want to share something you did in your sezup.
