It seems the Lutron integration names things like this:
Room_Device
This is kind of annoying for Google Home because it then refers to things as “Room Underscore Device”.
I haven’t found a way to change this other than completely removing all of my lights from rooms in the Lutron app and then making sure every single light has a unique name (possibly including the room in the name, for example).
This is … OK I guess for a work-around? But is there a better way to do this? Like providing a “friendly” name for Google Home? It seems I can’t change the entity or device name in Home Assistant because it comes from Lutron.
This issue may be present in other integrations as well, this is just the one I noticed.
