Badge on the main screen
Entity not found.
I have:
a Nabu Casa account; and connected
Owntracks integration
Owntracks running on Android phone
The host and encryption key are confirmed
The badge details are:
entity
device_tracker.andrew_andrewphone
the username and device ID are the same on the phone
I have deleted and re-installed several times.
Please. If you want help with something you’re going to have to be more specific in your details. I have no idea what you’re trying to say here.

Can I safely assume English isn’t your first language? Because you just seem to be speaking in fragments.
Does your entity show up in developer tools/states?

no entry in developer tools/states
Then it’s not connected…the entity doesn’t exist.
What does your log file say when you try to connect to owntracks?
PS. I found GPS Logger to be much more accurate and less buggy.

yes - I know it doesn’t exist! I am looking to find out why.
There is no entry in the log file concerning Owntracks
I will try GPS Logger

Well then why are you trying to force an entity that doesn’t exist into the frontend?
If it isn’t in the developers tools/states, it doesn’t exist…
Are you sure there is no entry in the file? I am not talking about the GUI LOG, I am talking about the actual log file in the config directory
