Entity values are null

I have a number of Develco SMSZB-120 smoke detectors, which I first added using the Zigbee HA integration. I could read status and temperature, but since I want to be able to control the siren I went over to use the Zigbee2Mqtt. But what I now observe is that a number of the entitie values are null, such as the temperature. Do you have any idea why I can not read all values?

Edit: I am using Zigbee2Mqtt v.1.22.2-1.

Under “Reporting” I got the missing values for “batteryVoltage” and “Temperature” with this entries:

Now I’m looking for “reliability” and “fault”

As usual, if you want to change settings on a battery powered Zigbee device, you have to wake it first.

same device but a replacement, i cant get it to bind to 2 of them… and yes its awake
